Requirements

You’ll need to download the Shell App and create a user profile to use your eGift card. Then, simply add the eGift card to the app as a payment method and use it at the pump or in store for Shell stations that accept mobile payments. For pay-at-the-pump redemption, follow the instructions on the Shell App.

Shell eGift Cards are a convenient digital payment option that you can use through the Shell App at any participating Shell location. If you have a digital Shell eGift Card, you’ll first need to download the Shell App and create a user profile. Then, simply add the eGift card to the app as a payment method and use it at the pump or in store for Shell stations that accept mobile payments. For pay-at-the-pump redemption, follow the instructions on the Shell App. For eGift Cards, in-store transactions exceeding the balance on the card will be declined.
